A blend of 90% Torrontes and 10% Sauvignon Blanc, the grapes that go into New Age White are hand-picked from sustainably farmed vineyards across Argentina’s San Rafael wine region. Selected yeasts are added to the freshly pressed juice to begin the fermentation which is halted halfway through by spinning the wine in a centrifuge, creating a naturally slightly sweet, semi-sparkling wine. No added sweeteners are used in the production of New Age Wines. Vibrant, fruity and floral aromas leap from the glass upon pouring. The wine is vibrant, with notes of stone fruit and citrus, and it has a soft and refreshing mouthfeel that is balanced by bright acidity on the finish. This vivacious and sensual wine will leave you wanting more. Serve over ice with a slice of lime to make a “Tincho” – the traditional Argentine way to enjoy New Age White!
